7 av låtene på platen er instrumentale -  Spor nr. 2 og 7 er coverlåter som jeg har laget min versjon av og låt nr. 11 er et medley over 4 valser komponert av Tom Brumley, en god venn og stor artist som dessverre gikk bort i 2009.

De fire andre instrumental-låtene er egenkomponert. Spor nr. 4 er tittellåten Steel on My Mind. De tre andre, spor  9-13 og 15 har jeg dedikert til de tre barnebarna våre.

7 of the songs are instrumentals. Track No. 2 and 7 are cover songs that I've made my own version of.  No. 11 is a medley of 4 waltzes composed by Tom Brumley, a good friend and wonderful artist who unfortunately left us in 2009.

The other four instrumental songs are self composed. Track No. 4 is the title song Steel on My Mind. The three other tracks 9-13 and 15, I have dedicated to our three grandchildren .
